Perfect vacation place

Great 5 days....

Clean and spacy apartment, beautiful sea view, big and well kept yard. We had great time. Mrs Noula, our host, is very nice and approachable lady who is there in case you need some help or advice.

Exceptional

Everything was great. The yard was clean, enormous with lots of flowers and activities for kids. The apartments were cozy and clean, equipped with everything we needed. The beach is sandy and close to the house. The sheets and towels were changed every 4th days. We received gifts from the owners. They are so friendly and polite. We will recommend to all friends this amazing place. We really liked it!

Disappointed .....

Disappointing, we booked for 2 nights and only stayed for one. Screaming children left unattended by their parents. Running wild till midnight, loud music, and we sort of felt intimidated by the 2 loud families. *edit, after I wrote the original review the owner messaged me offering a partial refund if I lied in my review and said we had a good time. $60 isn't enough for me to lie!

Hosts are great. Location is close to the beach that you reach through small tunnel as in pictures. Beach is ok and not too crowded.

In short sentence, great host, great vacation and great experience :)

The yard is absolutely beautiful (grass, olives, and barbecue :) ). There are two images uploaded, one is entrance with a barbecue in the middle, and the other one is the view from a terrace. Also, there is a parking spot (awning) for 4 cars, so you don't have to worry about that. Across the property, there is Kaloeros beach (it's great for parents with small children since there are beach bars, and water is shallow for about 10-20 m). During our vacation, we've visited other beaches on Sithonia (Koviou, Lagomandra, Las Bandidas, Kavourotripes), they are 30-60 minutes from the property.

The property is next to an easy to reach sandy beach. We enjoyed the terrace wit a sea view. The rooms were clean and the host changed towels, linens and cleaned the apartment periodically during our stay.

Am avut o experiență buna în această locație mia plăcut foarte mult și familiei mele copii s-au simțit excelent. In privința curățeniei am avut o senzație ca nu a locuit nimeni foarte curat si nou chiar si toate la bucătărie au fost utile. Gazda este foarte drăguța și primitoare. Plaja e foarte aproape este si urbele cu șezlonguri care poti sa stai toată ziua daca cumperi in suma de 10€.
