The location which was send by the responsible person wasn't correct. We waste an hour to find it. The wardrobe was fellfield with the clоthes of the owner. There are to many toys in the apartment. The apartment isn't for accommodation for 4 persons.

Great Apartment - Great location

Everything. Apartment is big, with 2 rooms. So you have a lot of space, and is very comfortable. A/C on both rooms included, and were working with no problem at all. Kitchen is fully equiped(do not bring anything from your house), because this apartment has everything of kitchen facilities that you need, literally everything. Tv is a high tech smart Tv(great options included) with very fast internet.(my 3 year old son was very happy, and me too :)). Wifi is with very strong signal. Bathroom/toilette(they are not separated)is a small one, but i think that is of enough size for the apartment. Hot water, you have all the time. The balcony is a large one with a great sea view. Clean sheets and towels are included. The apartment was very clean when we entered, so during the staying the guests are responsible for the hygiene. Location is great, the sea is just in front of the apartment. At the apartment you have, sunbeds sun chairs, umbrelas, umbrela holder, so everytning that you need and you can use them at any time.(no charge at the beach) So if you want to have a great family vacation, out of the crowded places, in a calm atmosphere and a place, do not hesitate to choose Chalkidi Olivia Beach. You wont regret

The outside pool was closed all the time, so when it was windy, we could not use the pool.

Great location and modern apartment right by the sea

It was really well situated, right on the beach with sea views. Also it’s close but not too close to shops and restaurants. The pool was quite quiet and the apartment was really nicely furnished and clean with everything we needed as well as chairs and an umbrella for the beach! We had a wonderful time here and the locals are friendly and helpful. Recommend mougagio restaurant for the best seafood in town.

It was perfect, it does only sleep 4 though as there is one double bed and a double sofa bed. There is another sofa that one of the kids slept on fine but it’s not a proper bed and probably not suitable for an adult.
