Que tenía parking privado.
La parte baja de la cortina de la ducha estaba amarilla y sucia. Las almohadas demasiado blandas.

Die Lage zum Strand und in die Stadt. Einrichtung geschmackvoll.
Die Matratzen müssten mal ersetzt werden. Viel zu weich ! Dusch - Vorhänge sind nicht mehr zeitgemäss.

L’emplacement à la fois proche du centre historique de Dénia et des plages est idéal. Le ménage est bien fait.
L’appartement est petit, surtout la salle de bain. Beaucoup d’humidité provoque des traces sur les murs. La literie est à changer. L’appartement est en bordure d’une route passagère et est mal insonorisé. Il manque beaucoup d’accessoires de cuisine et la plaque de cuisson est trop petite (seulement 2 petits feux).

Aspectos positivos: excelente ubicación — el mar está cerca, así como tiendas, bares y restaurantes. Justo enfrente hay un parque donde se puede pasear con niños y hacer deporte. Además, hay aparcamiento gratuito en el recinto, lo cual es muy conveniente.
Aspectos negativos: el apartamento huele a perros. Los muebles están manchados y se ven desgastados. En el baño hay moho. La cama grande está rota y es muy incómoda. En las habitaciones, las persianas no se cierran completamente debido a las mosquiteras. No había suficiente vajilla para una estancia cómoda.
