Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar Jesus... Die je persoonlijk ontvangt en meteen reageert via WhatsApp als je vragen hebt. Rustige ligging binnen een kleinschalige urbanisatie. Auto voor de deur veilig geparkeerd. Bovenverdieping van laagbouw appartementen/ bungalows. Was schoon alles. Mooi groot schoon zwembad in prachtig aangelegde en verzorgde tuin Op 5 minuten loopafstand van strand. Compleet ingericht appartement met grote ijskast en diepvriesvak. Airco doet het goed. Aldi op 10 minuten loopafstand. Centrum Denia 2,3 km verder op. Om de hoek kun je goed eten bij Cafe Marin om de hoek en iets verder bij , holandes Errante ( frikandellen ,loempia enz) en Mapamundi ( Nederlandse eigenares)
De Wifi werkte niet. Net als de wasmachine, ook niet aan de praat te krijgen was. Strand : geen strand bedden voor te huren, je moet voor eigen parasol en stoeltje zorgen. Gedateerd interieur.
