Location excellent. Security good. Well maintained garden. Wi-Fi good
Arrival difficult due to there being an agent that we we not advised about. Before arriving we were sent an anonymous WhatsApp asking us what our arrival time would be. We answered but weee then asked to pick up the keys from their office in Calle Saladar. We didn’t know the name of the agency although we did know that it would be impossible to park in Calle Saladar. Reluctantly they agreed to meet us at the property even though our contract with booking.com stated clearly that we would be met at the property.
The agent was aware that the lock to the block entrance door was faulty and expected us to negotiate it anyway. After 24 hours it proved unworkable. We spoke to neighbours and owners about it and through our endeavours it was fixed quickly.
The automatic switch off kettle failed and there was no duvet cover in the bed in the main bedroom. Both were reported, the kettle was replaced quickly but nothing was done about the duvet cover.
