Nice Apartment, Poor management!

Apartment was pretty fresh. Kitchen equipment was complete. Location was great - short walk to the beach and old town. Mercadona nearby. Little playground in the garden.

Apartment had funny smell and wasn`t clean. Single beds in the master bedroom were not connected. Despite specific information of our time of arrival, we were left with no clear instruction about check in. Lack of responces in urgent matters. Very bed customer service from Interhome ruined overal experience.

It's our second stay at Apartment Marina Raset and we will certainly be back. We love it's location, all of the home comforts, the beach chairs supplied for the beach, and the easy walk to the beach. We are always looked after by the Staff at Interhome, this time we dealt with Dory & she was excellent as usual.

Unbelievable location, was with a child and felt very safe, pool was beautiful clean and quiet and the apartment was just perfect everything i needed down to deck chairs I was here for a month and did not want to leave! I can not fault it, I am about to book it again for November!!!! 💫💫💫💫💫

Great apartment with an excellent location.

Great apartment very well equipped in an excellent location. Everything was within walking distance and there was plenty of great places to eat. Marcadona supermarket was very close for getting essentials. The pool was also great very clean and quite.

It would have been nice to have sun loungers for the pool. The balcony overlooks a main road which some people might find noisy but this didn't bother us. We could see sea Port from the balcony which we liked.

Well equipped and well placed apartment.

Very well equipped apartment with secure underground parking. Short walk to the beach, supermarket and town centre. The pool was clean and the area neat.

He aware that the apartment faces the road so can be (is) noisy. Some instructions on how to use the facilities, tv, etc. would be useful and some leaflets on local attractions and area map would be helpful.

Denia jest lepsza od Calpe.

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko do centrum. Obok supermarket, blisko na stare miasto i do portu. Widok z balkonu na morze. Plusem jest dostępna winda i możliwość skorzystania z garażu. Na szczycie budynku jest sklep rowerowy.

Buena opción para playa/ciudad

La ubicación es muy buena (entre la ciudad, puerto y playa). La piscina de la urbanización estaba muy bien (tamaño, limpieza, zonas verdes...). Zona con restaurantes cercanos y supermercados. El parking para el coche, sin ser de gran tamaño, está dentro de la urbanización.

Es un apartamento ruidoso. Los baños (2) son pequeños. En las zonas comunes, piscina, no hay baños y/o vestuarios. Si bien, la entrega de llaves se hizo correctamente y con amabilidad, el horario (cierran de 13:30 hasta las 16:00) y la distancia es un punto a mejorar.

Rigtig fin lejlighed!

Skøn lejlighed med perfekt beliggendhed i forhold til havnen og den gamle bydel. Mange fine spisesteder i gåafstand. Ligeledes gode indkøbsmuligheder. Skøn og stille have med pool.

Lidt rigeligt trafikstøj fra gaden i dagtimerne.

Fantastisch .. alweer gereserveerd voor 1 maand voor 2025 : voelt als een eigen huis als we er zijn

We waren nog met zus erbij dus allebei slaapkamer en badkamer perfect . We waren voor de 2 e keer in 2023 en nu 2024 en hebben al geboekt voor 2025 . Er woont in Denia ook een familielid . En alles in de keuken aanwezig. Airco inclusief heerlijk balkon goede wasmachine .. we waren een maand dus zeer zeker gebruikt .

Maar 1 keer bedlinnen : begrijp Ons goed we hebben gewassen maar een 2e verschoning zou welkom zijn zodat je verschoond , wast, enz . Verder geen opmerkingen . In 2023 al gemeld dat de kussentjes van de terrasstoelen vernieuwd kunnen worden . Was nog dezelfde als 2023 !!
