Comfortable, convenient, cute!

Very comfortable and cosy apartment with view of the Hollywood Hills. Very close to shopping on Melrose Ave and Melrose Place. Nice, safe area to walk around and close to where I needed to be while staying in LA. Having a kitchen was great and lounge room super comfortable for chilling!

Good apartment with parking in good and safe location.

The apartment is located in a quiet, safe area, yet close to the action of West Hollywood. The unit looks just like the pictures and is very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities inside. The building complex has a strong sense of community, with friendly residents. Amenities include a gym, laundry facilities, a pool, a Jacuzzi, and a parking spot, which is essential since having a car in LA is necessary. The location is excellent, offering easy access to all parts of the city, with plenty of shopping and dining options in the area.

The apartment shows some minor wear and tear that could be easily fixed and refreshed. Upgrading the curtains would also be an improvement, but overall, it’s still fine as is.

Location was great. We especially appreciated the free parking and that we could plug in our electric car there. The unit is spacious.

The owners instructions were convoluted and hard to understand. He is not a native English speaker. We were also told not to speak to the neighbors because clearly he is not supposed to be renting the place out. The apartment smelled like someone had smoked in there even though it is supposed to be non-smoking. There was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the door and a wash cloth left in the bathroom. We were not offered wash cloths which was unfortunate. The kitchen had a total of 4 of everything so you had to do dishes often. The shower had some mold in it and needed caulking. The Wifi signal kept dropping out so we couldn't work there. You get what you pay for, there is a reason this place is inexpensive.

My stay was fantastic from start to finish. The space was bright, clean, and beautifully furnished, making it a comfortable home away from home. The neighborhood was vibrant and lively, with plenty of options for dining and entertainment within walking distance. The host's hospitality and responsiveness were truly remarkable. I can't wait to return!

First of all it’s an amazing neighborhood, close to everything) The design of the apartment is incredible,cozy and comfortable.Especially, they have a pool where you can chill after work(that’s literally what helped me a lot during my time there).AC works perfectly and the owner was helpful with everything.Thank you so much! Definitely gonna be back!
