Nikolas Old Town

Location was excellent. Accommodation was fabulous, air conditioning was great. Host was excellent was always ready to assist us in finding a special restaurant or transport.

Our stay at Nikolas Old Town was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome. We were greeted with complimentary drinks and snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch. The apartment was spotless, and the cleanliness was exceptional. The sheets and towels smelled amazing and felt fresh, making our stay even more comfortable. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the Old Town, with everything within easy walking distance. The host was always kind, helpful, and available whenever we needed anything. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

Location was wonderful. In a quiet spot with a three minute walk to the centre square where all the action is. We had the upstairs 2 bedroom apartment and had plenty of space. Fully renovated and tastefully decorated. Michalis was a fabulous host.

The 2 bed apartment was an authentic building in the old town, thoughtfully renovated. It is a 1 minute stroll into to bars and restaurants but that little bit of space makes it quiet and peaceful when you want to relax. There was a little mini market next door for essentials. We had a welcome bottle of wine, water, juice, pastries and breadsticks. We had 2 patios with patio furniture, beds were very comfortable - nice and firm. All of us slept very well each night. Lovely kitchen, sitting room / dining room and a spacious bathroom. Separate air con in each bedroom and living room - all worked great.- Michael our host is a great communicator, so helpful and accommodating - he made sure we had everything we needed and was very available.He can also arrange transfers - I was sorry I didn’t book with him, and would recommend this for anyone coming in. We stayed 5 nights and are then travelling to Lindos. Genuinely you could stay 2 weeks here and not regret it! I highly recommend Nikolas Old Town for excellent location, ambience, comfort, helpfulness and communication. 10/10
