St. George Studios

Property was great, very clean, excellent location.

a) Sofa bed was incredibly squeaky. My daughter slept on the sofa bed and every time it moved, it prevented me from falling asleep. So noisy. b) The studios are next to the towns main bins. At 3am we were woken to what sounded like a truck/vehicle reversing where the bins were. It was a terrible nights sleep for me, 3hr 15min according to my Apple Watch.

The old town of Rhodes can be loud (it’s like if Marco Gras and Las Vegas were inside a historical castle), but you can’t tell any of that is going on at St George Studios! Somehow this is a quiet and peaceful oasis in the middle of all the festival air of Rhodes Town. Stergos met me at the gate (after accommodating a later than planned upon arrival), showed me my suite, and gave me a handy map to the city with important things hand-marked to help me find my way around. The AC worked great, water heated up in a flash, kitchen set up was fantastic, there was even a laundry drying rack I could use. AND I had a private rooftop balcony all to myself! I was in Rhodes for an event, after a week of related work in Athens, so this was the perfect restful home base. HIGHLY recommend!

Stergos was very helpful collecting us from one of the Gates late in the evening. He is very accommodating and responds to messages promptly. The location is ideal for exploring the Old Town but also close enough to the beach, about 15-20 min walk. Also very close to the harbour and the main shopping area. Abundance of places to eat also walking distance from the flat. We loved the small courtyard; perfect for just sitting or reading a book. It felt private even though other flats have been occupied. We stayed for a week. The ground floor flat was big enough for our family of three; the sofa bed and the main bed are comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. It's a traditional type of accomodation, clean and authentic.

Perfect location, just off the Main Street in old town so super quiet, the most comfortable bed of our trip so far and a well equipped kitchen. Stunning courtyard to enjoy coffee and very friendly and owners who accommodated early check in.
