Appartement situé sans un joli quartier, bien situé, et bien équipé. Notre hote Adnan a aussi été tres serviable et à l’écoute. Le balcon a aussi une super vue.

Good facilities, close to stores and public transportation. Clean.
An extra hangers for bath towels would be great. Although the windows are noise proof you still can hear the street noise till late night.

It's a nice studio, about 30 m² indoor plus a terrace. Location is amazing, lots of great cafés in the area for breakfast, easy walk to the center. It seems it was renovated quite recently.
Cleanliness was not really enough. For instance the ground towel in the bathroom seemed dirty when we arrived. It felt smaller than what the pictures led me to believe. Very noisy street in front of the window, so that the terrace is not relaxing or enjoyable. Wifi is bad. Low speed, and it frequently takes a short break, coming back after a few minutes.
