The apartment is amazing, and the location is perfect. There are many excellent restaurants, brunch spots, and cafés within a ten-minute walk. The walk to the central areas and main sights is also very pleasant, taking around 30 minutes through a park, so most places are easily reachable on foot. Public transport connections are good as well. The metro is about a 15-minute walk away and provides direct connections to both the port and the airport. This makes the apartment a great base for exploring other parts of the city and the surrounding area. The apartment has a very good, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as a washing machine. As is often the case with holiday apartments, there could perhaps be a few more utensils and pieces of cookware, but everything provided was sufficient for my stay. The apartment is more spacious than it appears in the photos, and the furniture is arranged very well. Extra kudos for providing a proper number of clothes hangers in the wardrobe! The balcony is lovely, gets plenty of sun, and is perfect for having morning coffee. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again. Regarding the shower flooding mentioned in some other reviews, I did not experience this problem at all. It may have been fixed, or perhaps the shower door simply needs to be closed properly.

There was some construction work nearby, although this had nothing to do with the property. These things happen in a city where people live and work. There were also cicadas singing in the lush garden and surrounding trees. Combined with the wooden windows, this meant that I slept with earplugs, as I am a very light sleeper; it was typical for me. I also noticed the water sounds mentioned in some other reviews, but I got used to them very quickly and barely noticed them after a while. I believe some of the plumbing runs openly through the internal atrium, but the sound was occasional rather than constant.

Very good located in the Pangrati area, close to coffee spots, restaurants, etc. The facilities seemed newly renovated and the interior felt really welcoming and nicely decorated. Check-in and check-out was super easy.
