The Host Julia was attentive and couldn't be more accommodating! Couldn't have wished for better and would recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone! You won't be disappointed.

Lovely accommodation, fridge in room, tea milk and coffee supplied, lovely fresh cotton bedding (my favourite choice), comfy bed, no plugs in Smellies 🙏

Ocean Waves is in a perfect location being right on the front. We sat on the balcony and watched the sea and world go bye with the odd ship entering Gt Yarmouth harbour. The room was large and the bed comfortable. The whole property was spotlessly clean. There was a great selection with the continental breakfast and Julia was a delightful host The parking was no issues with lots of spaces on the road outside.
