On entend sans cesse (jour et nuit) un bruit qui vient soit du dessous, ou du dessus, un claquement. Très désagréable. Porte qui s'ouvre toute seule (vétuste). Le logement est trop vieux et vétuste (plaintes qui se décolle, lit qui grince, peinture écaillée, enduit des murs qui craque), ne rendant pas la plus belle des images de vacances.

Great location on a quiet side street in the centre.

It was a bit noisy from the neighbours because the walls are thin.

Quiet location close to central Seville but off the main tourist track. Close to airport bus and train station bus. Aircon and wifi worked.

We had problems picking up the keys. The address provided in the last mail from the owners missed the number of the house and, as we found out later, only had the apartment floor and number. We were provided with several different numbers to call to gain access to the building and waited at least 25 minutes in 37C heat to enter the building. The bathroom light flashed all the time like a stroboscope which was intolerable. The owner was notified and he suggested we use the light from the living area. No attempt to repair it was initiated during our stay. The bed was generally comfortable but creaked and groaned if one tried to move. A little investment in a new bed and a new bathroom light would greatly improve the acceptability of this apartment.
