Hotellet ligger centralt placeret i den gamle bydel. Der er kort gåafstand til taxaafhentning. Der er døgnbetjening på hotellet, hvilket er godt, idet mange fly lander sent om aftenen. Morgenmaden var rigtig god med lokale specialiteter og en frisklavet omelet.

Vi blev henvist til overnatning i en anden afdeling af hotellet, hvor vi skulle ud på gaden og gå 200 meter. Lidt upraktisk særlig når vi havde indtryk af, at der var ledige værelser i hotellets hovedbygning, hvor vi fik serveret morgenmad.

Excellent location in the Old City. Short walk from the main vehicle entry where Bolt rides drop you off, or from the city wall gate near the Philharmonia fountain. Good sized room. Everything in the Old City is Easy walking distance, as is the Highland Park funicular, the Promenade, the Carpet Museum and Daniz Mall.

Location in the old city was great, room was clean and breakfast was delicious. Breakfast staff were polite and friendly.

We had paid for a deluxe double room with a balcony for 5 nights but were instead given a small room with a very humid bathroom (nothing dried in it) without them mentioning anything about the downgrade. Only when I questioned the reception staff after paying and going to the room did they tell me that the room I had booked and paid for was no longer available for any of the 5 days. No price reduction for this error was forthcoming, although they did offer a free transport to the airport (small compensation by comparison). That they never mentioned it at check-in leads me to think they hoped I wouldn’t notice. They also didn’t succeed in registering us with ASAN despite telling us daily not to worry while were staying there and not answering any WhatsApp messages after we had left. We ended up going to the ASAN office physically ourselves. ASAN told us the hotel registration was rejected by ASAN because of incorrect information supplied by the hotel. Yet the hotel staff never told us, just kept saying we are waiting to hear back from ASAN. Other hotels submitted the registration applications correctly and we received the formal response same day. If you have booked the cheapest room and don’t need ASAN registration then this hotel is ok, but otherwise I would suggest alternatives.
