The location was excellent

Since its old town, the entry of vehicles is restricted

Good location in the old town where streets are lively during day and night. Clean and large room with balcony. Breakfast was served at a nearby cafe and it was quite good but..

Only tea is included at the breakfast. You need to pay extra for coffee and juice. Smell in the bathroom. The room was facing the street and there was a bar with loud music.

Location Staff Cleanliness

This hotel has no lift, so you need to bring your luggage and you have to go by stairs Bathroom showers are old and malfunctioning Phones sometimes do not work Complaints are not listened to quickly

Excellent location in the Old City — everything is within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable.

Our arrival was very difficult. We landed early in the morning after an overnight flight, and roads near the hotel were closed for Formula One, so our transfer had to drop us some distance away. When we called the hotel for help, we were simply told to follow Google Maps. We ended up walking street to street with luggage and a young child, struggling to find the entrance. When we finally arrived, there was no one at reception. We waited around 20 minutes, even after calling, and were about to leave when a staff member appeared. This was disappointing, as we had confirmed our early arrival with the hotel in advance. The ground floor also has a strong smell of cooking meat from the café, which is unpleasant when entering and leaving.
