Amazing location in the heart of the old city, a short walk away from all the main attractions. Rooms are beautifully designed and spatious. We had a phenomenal experience with the staff. After my partner had a medical situation, the reception worker called for us and explained everything in Azerbaijani. After they sent an ambulance, he accompanied her and translated everything between her and the EMTs! The next day we also met a manager, who checked in on us after all of that, and was also super friendly and happy to give local recommendations.

Walls are thin, so there is eventual noise from neighbours or the hallway. For a while, we could hear someone's TV playing. At least at the time we were there, breakfast was not being offered. I asked about it, and reception said he would call a partner restaurant or hotel to see if we could have it there. Only the next morning was I informed that I could, but in the end it started too late for the tour we were doing. The location is very pleasant and practical, but bear in mind you'll have to walk out of the old town to call a Bolt, although it is only a few minutes.

The rooms are clean, housekeeping everyday. The location is pretty great inside Old City, very close to tourist attractions. The woman at the reception was very accommodating and polite, I could see she cares deeply about guests. Can’t say the same about other staff.

I don’t recommend the King Room on the first floor to anyone who doesn’t want to hear loud music and crowd noises from the restaurant adjacent to the building. Music and noises didn’t stop until 2 AM. It was extremely irritating and I had to complain 3 times (3 consecutive nights) before the staff offered to transfer us to another building. Should’ve done so in the very beginning of the stay. Everything else was superb
