當晚只有另一位旅客同住，僅短暫碰面一下，有接近包棟的感覺。

告知18～19時入住，因雨提前抵達，員工卻告知房間尚未清理好，有點傻眼，在客廳等了半個多小時才能進房。房間內部較為老舊。

設備が整っていた

各ドアに防音の工夫があれば良かったです

洗濯が出来る お菓子食べ放題 ウェルカムドリンクがある ベッドがふかふか 犬と一緒に泊まれる ハンモック楽しい 犬の日用品がある

部屋にトイレがない 階段が急だった 部屋の冷蔵庫が小さい ４人部屋なのに椅子が人数分ない

Good location

There were no towels and when we asked about it, we received a message that there were supposed to be rental towels. However, there were none in the place they were supposed to be kept. our check-in instructions were good, but in both nights we had to help very confused other occupants who hadn’t received good instructions. They were both Chinese speakers, so presumably, their booking portal didn’t get the same level of service. Having to assist others to enter the property is not ideal when you have no idea whether they are genuine or not. Property was noisy as there is zero soundproofing. Customer service was limited as it was remote.
