    Great experience overall, room was spacious and clean. There is a minivan waiting for you by the JR station, so you dont have to carry your own luggage up slope (it's just a 4 minute walk anyway) Yukata (bath robes) are by the front desk so remember to grab them Buffet style breakfast and dinner, decent quality highlighting local ingredients (but don't expect a Michelin level experience) Onsen is okay but I recommend getting free tickets to the public bathhouse Taki no Yu just a 1min walk away from the hotel. Much better onsen and a very traditional experience

    On the whole a lovely onsen stay with indoor and outdoor baths and free access to another nearby one. Dinner and breakfast were good with lots of options but the staff at the restaurant weren't as friendly as you're used to in Japan(except one older woman who was adorable), maybe because of the business. Baths do feel a bit dated but clean. It's mostly older people there which meant I stood out as a 29 year old foreigner. One annoying thing is that WiFi is only available in the lobby. Parking is not on site but they have a great shuttle service for this.

    A mixed bag overall with positives in transport and shopping experience. The room size was satisfactory. However, cleanliness and amenities left much to be desired. The staff were the highlight of our stay, providing exceptional service. Facilities were decent but could use lots of improvement. After all, the hotel has been established for quite some time should consider a facelift.
