Our family of six adults loved our stay at Villa Quercia.
The villa itself is beautiful and well-maintained. Beautiful pool, stunning views and a great location make this property an excellent option for visitors to Sardinia.
However the management/ownership fall short in a few key areas that we’ve never experienced in a luxury villa.
Unlike other high end properties, Villa Quercia does not offer such items as: basic staples - including napkins, paper towels, bath soap, laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, or even a sponge. There were no pool towels - we bought our own - and not even a basic guide to the local area with restaurant recommendations or local sites.
And we were promised pool towels and local recommendations but never received either.
Oh and the villa is very difficult to find since we were never given an actual address, just a street name.
This is a premium villa charging premium prices - they can do more on the service side to make it truly worth the money.

We have stayed at several vacation properties & this was - BY FAR - the most amazing place we've ever stayed! Everything more than exceeded our expectations. This beautiful home was tastefully decorated & with 3 terraced levels had more than enough space to fit our family of 7 comfortably with plenty of room for privacy. The grounds, oversized patios & pool were pristine. And the views were absolutely breathtaking!...waking up to hear the birds & watch the sailboats float by on the sparkling ocean below was nothing short of heaven. An unexpected plus was being able to enjoy the nature trail that led from the home directly to a very quiet, secluded beach. The location cannot be beat...it was only 10 minutes to get to the Porto Cervo harbor with tons of boutiques and great restaurants. But the very best part of our trip was no doubt meeting the Manager, Petra, and the owners, Renato & Pietra. They greeted us warmly (literally with open arms) & immediately made us feel at home, taking time to show us the sprawling property & making sure our every need was met. They could not have been more genuinely welcoming & were always immediately available to help if we needed anything, including great restaurant recommendations. We were truly sad when it came time to leave & we had to say good-bye to the owners...we felt as though we were saying good-bye to family. This was truly the most relaxing, peaceful & memorable trip we've ever taken & we will absolutely return every summer!!!!
