About this house rental
This calm unit is located on the rear of the property and has a large covered patio for you to relax on.
It's about 1.5 miles to downtown, and a short drive to Bayview Park.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
This private 1 bedroom, 1 bath home is 1/2 of a duplex with a shared laundry. The home was previously a single family home. This unit is faced away from the street, towards the rear of the lot. There is also a 30amp full hookup RV spot that is rented out in the rear of the property. Maximum stay is 7 days in the RV spot, but if you'd like to rent it we can work something out. It is 2 guests maximum, no pets allowed for the RV guests.
The large bedroom is open to the living room (no door).
PARKING
There is room for 2 cars to park off street, plus plenty of free street parking.
OUTDOOR SPACES
Private large covered patio with dining table
The patio area and a small section of the yard is fenced for medium and large dogs. Little ones may be able to get through the slats.
Propane BBQ.
The rest of the backyard is technically shared since the front unit access the laundry room through it.
The laundry room is adjacent to your private patio, but the other unit does not have access to your patio area.
If you are uncomfortable around Black folks this home is not a good fit for you.

We are happy to consider additional pets, just ask! We do not have species, breed, or size restrictions.
Your pet will likely encounter other animals during they stay since this is a 2 unit property, we cannot accommodate reactive or aggressive animals.
The pet fee is for interior cleaning, and you will need to pick up any presents your pet deposits in the yard! We charge $75 if there's poop left behind.

Great sized rental, kitchen-living room combined but roomy. King bed with plenty of room to move about in bedroom and large closet for storage. Bathroom off bedroom also good size. Everything in working order, convection-toaster oven, microwave, table top burners. Lots of supplies to eat and cook with available. Huge sink to do dishes too! Fenced in patio area very nice and spacious. Fenced in backyard is very roomy and nice.
