Welcome to your cozy home away from home in the heart of Pensacola! Just minutes from Downtown and a quick ride to the beach, this stylish 2BR retreat is perfect for relaxing or exploring. Enjoy a quiet residential vibe with all the modern comforts: a fully stocked kitchen, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and a private backyard to unwind. Whether you're here for work or a weekend escape, you’ll love the blend of charm, comfort, and convenience.
Main Rules:
-Pets Fee is $75 per pet, We love animals, but no dogs on beds or furniture. Sorry, no cats allowed. Please clean up after your pets. TWO DOG MAXIMUM
-Registered Guests, The reservation is for the guests listed on the reservation only.
-Children, Guests are responsible for the safety and well-being of their children. The house is not childproof, so please be aware of stairs, electrical outlets, balcony, etc.
-Smoking, No smoking inside, including vapes or pens. If evidence of smoking indoors is found you will incur a fee of $200.
Located on North 17th Avenue, this home offers a residential feel while still being close to everyday conveniences. The layout and outdoor amenities make it ideal for guests looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy time together both indoors and out.
Guests have full access to the entire home, including the backyard, outdoor shed, and driveway access from both the front and back of the property. Smart locks are installed on entry doors for easy self check-in.

This home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown Pensacola, you’ll be close to shops, restaurants, and waterfront parks. Free off-street parking is available in the driveway, and self check-in is offered via a smart lock for added convenience.
Pensacola Beach is just a 15-minute drive away don’t forget your towels and sunscreen! While the space is perfect for couples, solo travelers, and business guests. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM out of respect for neighbors. A small workspace and fast Wi-Fi make it easy to stay productive if you’re working remotely.
