This is a well maintained home built in the early 40's.
2 bedrooms, 1 bath with plenty of linens, a well stocked kitchen for cooking, and an area to relax outside.
If you like ghost stories maybe the resident ghost will give you a treat! His favorite tricks include disappearing objects that you just set down, creating out of place smells, and fiddling with the lock box
On brand with the Parrot House units, you'll find the parrot theme tastefully included throughout.

The rental is spacious and well equipped. Everything was in working order, refrigerator, stove, microwave. Plenty of dishes, pans etc... Nice size TV and lots of windows for plenty of sunshine. Room sizes were just perfect, not cramped for space. Nice front porch to sit out on and a very roomy fenced backyard. Nice laundry room separate from both units of the duplex. Plenty of beach supplies as well!!

This was a comfortable stay and like many other reviewers everything you might need is available. The host is very responsive if you have questions.

I really enjoyed my stay here and the property was so close to all the attractions! The manager of property was kind enough to leave a binder which included attractions to check out. Definitely will stay here again!!
