The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee machine, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside there is a front patio with furniture, as well as off-road, allocated parking. Within 0.7 miles you will find a shop and within 0.1 miles, a pub and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are also available. 64 is a fabulous getaway for a family or group of friends in Cornwall. From 2026, The on-site leisure facilities will no longer be offered for this property.

Guests have access to on-site leisure facilities including an indoor and outdoor pool, a large gym and tennis courts for a fee (guess pass and entry fees will be payable directly to site).
