The Relaxing Ranch is a comfortable, recently renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in Tempe, near the 101 for quick access to anywhere in the area. The condo has fast Wi-Fi and is ideal for remote workers or anyone looking for a home away from home.
* Accommodates up to 4 guests.
* 30-day minimum stay.
* 2 parking spots provided - 1 is covered.
* No chores to do at checkout.

* Kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, pots/pans, dishes, cups, utensils
* Washer and dryer in unit.
* Separate dining area, along with a breakfast bar.
* 65" Smart TV in the living room.
* Each bedroom has a 55" Smart TV.
* The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, attached bathroom, and walk-in closet.
* Patio off of the primary bedroom with a bench.
* The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a spacious closet.
* All windows have room-darkening shades.

I can’t say enough about the Relaxing Ranch condo. It was the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever rented. The location was ideal, especially the proximity to Tempe Sports Complex. It’s great being so close to Trader Joe’s and Fry’s. I appreciated all of the extra touches - the toiletries, the snacks, the wonderful towels. And the beds are super comfortable. Rae was very responsive to any questions I had. Hope to stay here again!
