The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bath with direct access to the back patio. Off the master is the bonus room with reading nook and desk (there's super fast wifi). The second bedroom has a queen bed and a second bathroom down the hall. The full kitchen has stainless steel appliances and the living room is bright and sunny.
Located in a historic residential neighborhood in the heart of Tempe, the property is on a quiet street and has large trees that provide lots of shade. The fruit trees in the backyard are abundant, providing lots of citrus in the winter (oranges, grapefruits, and tangerines) and figs in the summer. It's a lovely little oasis in the heart of Tempe and close to everything.
It's minutes away from downtown Tempe, ASU, and the airport, and a few miles from Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, and Mesa. It's located close to the 101 and 202, and major streets.
