Very good renovation. Everything there. Good communication with owner.
No smoke alarms in case of fire nor sprinklers No fire escape. Wooden (flammable) stairs. Felt very vulnerable. Duvet too thin. Even with blanket provided, we were cold at night. Only one saucepan handle. No instructions for hob.
