Gute Angaben zum Check in. Einfach und ohne Probleme. Große Tiefgarage bis 5.30 Meter. Große Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Große Terrasse. Zur Metro fünf Minuten, zum Bus drei Minuten. Dann etwa dreißig Minuten Fahrt ins Zentrum von Bilbao. Bäcker drei Minuten, kleiner Supermarkt fünf Minuten.
Die Wohnung ist noch neu und hat eigentlich Potenzial für eine 10. Sie braucht aber dringend mehr Aufmerksamkeit. Die Terrasse war extrem schmutzig, Geschirr zum Teil kaputt, Toilettensitze lose und nicht zur Toilette passend. Der Vermieter hat sich entschuldigt und versprochen, die Dinge zu beheben. Er sollte das auch kommunizieren.
