That the people here are friendly. The space to enjoy family without being cramped. Having a washer and dryer onsite. Having a pool and hot tub at the house.
The pool kept giving us issues. We paid for 3 days to use the pool and the pool did not want to circulate. There was no window on when the maintenance worker would be out. The last day the maintenance worker couldnt be out due to the holiday.
Also the house was not that clean when we got it. The walls and cabinets had food splatters, and cob webs on light fixtures. The towels were left in the dryer when we got here and dishes left in the dishwasher unknowing how long they were in there for being wet and growing bacteria.
