Luxury Air Conditioned 6 Bedroom Hythe Seaside

Such a lovely well laid out house. The kitchen is brilliant. Plenty of space for a group of 10 of us. All beds really comfortable. The hot tub was great. Showers nice & hot & powerful. Modern, very clean. We will book again.

A few more mirrors in the bedrooms would be good, full length downstairs in the bedrooms. Something to see ourselves when doing makeup. That’s all, everything else was great

The house is great we were in a large group great space hot tub was fab ,everything we hoped for .

We loved all the spacious rooms. The kitchen, dining and seating area was a fabulous group space which looked out to the large garden with the hot tub on the decking. The house was well presented and very comfortable, with all the utensils and cleaning items you could need in the kitchen. The bedrooms are large, even the "office"single bedroom(which we didn't need to use) is a "proper" bedroom size. Each bathroom was very clean and nice to use. The hot tub was ready for us to use on arrival and obviously well-maintained. It is a short walk from the house to the beach. There are supermarkets, nice pubs and restaurants in the area. The host responded to messages quickly. Even though it was a February trip we were lucky enough to have dry days and enjoyed trips to Canterbury, Folkestone,Hythe and The Battle of Britain Memorial. We had an evening out at The Brittania pub 5 mins drive away from the house in Horn Street and met some lovely people. We had a delicious meal at Sunshine Meze and cocktail bar , and another evening had marvellous fish and chips from Torbay of Hythe ,both in Hythe High Street.

Nothing to dislike. Being a group of " Ladies of a certain age " we missed having a tea pot! We survived by drinking Prosecco. 🤣

The place was stunning, the kitchen had rave reviews from all the wives in the group and there were several requests to take it with them! The location was great for what we needed and the place was all round lovely.

There was issues with one of the showers not consistently having hot water, and we were unable to work out how to get some tv channels on the tv. Other than that it was perfect.
