We had a wonderful stay and honestly couldn’t fault anything.
The location was amazing—very close to the beach, with even a slight sea view from the house. Although the weather was extremely hot during our stay, the house remained at a very comfortable temperature.
The nearby beach is pebbly, but it was beautifully quiet. We really enjoyed having plenty of space and privacy while still being able to spend the whole day by the sea. There is also a lovely sandy beach only around a 15-minute drive away.
The house looked exactly like the pictures and was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. We slept extremely well, as the beds had excellent mattresses.
What made our stay truly outstanding, however, was the host and their exceptional attention to detail. Towels were provided when we arrived, with additional ones for the hot tub, and halfway through our stay we were even given fresh towels to replace the used ones. This is just one example of the many thoughtful things they did to make our holiday special.
We would definitely recommend staying here and are already looking forward to visiting again!

The hosts were very friendly and helpful.
The accommodation was lovely. It was very clean, comfortable, cosy and well equipped. The outside space was very pretty and well maintained.
The location was great for travelling either way towards Folkestone or towards Dymchurch: or just for walking locally to the beach or along the canal. A perfect 3 days.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom apartment. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with stunning views overlooking the garden that made every morning feel relaxing and peaceful. The location was perfect — just a 5-minute walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sea whenever we wanted.
The hosts were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.
