My family and I recently stayed at this property for three nights and, unfortunately, were quite disappointed. The overall experience did not justify the price. Firstly, the heating and cooling were inadequate—there was only one heater/cooler in the living area, leaving the other rooms uncomfortably cold. The window above the toilet couldn’t be closed, making the bathroom particularly chilly. The cleanliness was also below standard. The rooms hadn’t been properly vacuumed, surfaces were dusty, and one of the bedside lamps didn’t even have a light bulb. Additionally, there was not enough toilet paper provided, which meant we had to go out and buy our own. Several amenities were either non-functional or poorly maintained. The oven didn’t work, the gas bottle for the BBQ was empty, and the BBQ itself was filthy. The check-in and check-out process was inconvenient—you have to call for key instructions, submit ID details online, and then return the key to an offsite office. Overall, the property was not value for money, and we wouldn’t stay here again.
