We misplaced the key pad code and were unable to contact the "24 hour Property Manager" for 8 hours to resolve this. Yes it was our mistake not being able to retrieve the key pad number which we thought we had secured in our cell phone however it is unacceptable that, despite 3 phone calls with messages left regarding our situation, and emails that we had no contact to resolve this situation for 8 hours. I'm this is not the first time this has happen to people regarding the key pad number but one relies on the advertised 24 hour manager to be available to help. Not so in our case

Clean and light filled. Everything you needed in kitchen.

The driveway but typical for the area and there was “visitor” parking which was available and easy to use. Without the hills you don’t get the views!

Location very steep driveway and very steep hill to walk up from town
