About this house rental
Albert is high amongst the trees overlooking Louttit Bay across the ocean with wandering walks and closes to many beaches.
Perfect for two families, sleeping 10 with bunks and 3 king size beds, both master bedrooms are upstairs, one with its own private balcony and both with ocean views are equipped with ensuite bathrooms.
Downstairs via the spiral staircase there is plenty of room for young children or energised teenagers with the hammocks, ping pong and billiard table, not forgetting 2 TVs.The stylish open plan lounge and dining area provides a perfect space to relax in front of the open fire, and facilities are good if you like to cook too! Don't forget the outdoor shower there's nothing nicer or the air conditioner.
Kangaroos often graze in the evening in front of the house with king parrots and magpies coming to the deck to be fed. It's all a joy and more isolated than most.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules” . Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

This large and deceptively modern and well-finished house provides great views in a sheltered and hidden spot on the hill in Lorne. IThe house has a big deck suited to entertaining, and an owner who made us feel very welcome by providing access to almost everything needed for a comfortable and fun beach holiday in the house.

Plenty of room for our extended family. Located a 15 minute walk from Lorne centre and beach. The house is on a VERY steep road, our car barely made it up the hill when fully loaded. Lovely view of the water from the porch, with lots of native birds dropping by.

Spent a sensational 4 days with my extended family during the Easter break at Lorne staying at the Albert house. Beautiful house with a beautiful view over to the ocean and located perfectly to the main street and pier. The calve muscles got a workout with the walk down to the shops! The Albert house had everything we needed, aircon, fireplace, well appointed kitchen, plush bedrooms, great verandah, bbq and 2 great bathrooms. Additionally, a ping pong/billiard table downstairs and very comfy sofas. Great Ocean Road Real Estate were great to deal with both for checkin and checkout and a big thank you to the owners for giving us a late checkout :-) Will be definately coming back to this house.
