Amadrias by the sea

Excellent host and housing. The house was exactly what we needed and was right by the sea. There were 2 bedrooms, a small bathroom and a kitchen (that morphs with the living room). It's perfect for 4 adults and also has an extendable couch. Has good air conditioning, a clean kitchen, and when we arrived everything was clean and in perfect condition. It's pretty cozy and comfortable and our host was in the house on our left. She also has a friendly dog that sits in the yard. The area that the house is in is very peaceful and quiet filled with friendly locals. The host is also friendly herself. She brought us 2 greek desserts (Bougatsa and another we don't know the name of) and was always available to help all while giving us privacy. If you're looking to relax, I'd highly recommend this place.

Чудесна къща, разположена на тихо и спокойно място с всички удобства. Удобна веранда, красив, добре поддържан двор с паркомясто. Много любезна домакиня и приятни съседи. Кучето ни беше много добре прието, не се плаща допълнително за домашните любимци. На 5 мин с кола, в Созополи, има голям свободен плаж, с много малко хора. Има и заведения с чадъри и шезлонги, които се ползват срещу консумация без определен минимум. С удоволствие бихме отседнали тук отново.

Lovely, beautiful house, very tastefully decorated, with a fantastic veranda and a garden, 4 mins walk to the sea. You can walk out just in your bikini and jump into the sea a moment later. Dora the host is the nicest person, nothing was ever a problem. She baked us delicious cakes twice. She made the stay truly special. You need a car to stay here, but the nearest shop is 10 mins walk away. The nearby Sozopoli village has a few tavernas and a really chilled out atmosphere , even in the height of the season. It's a good base for exploring Chalkidiki, while staying away from the crowds.

We liked everything.
