Perfect dreamy house for a getaway
If you have kids, this is the place to go - the garden in front of the house is so kids friendly, our kids loved it! Well equipped home like property!
The only negative thing for us was that we were a bit far from the center, and there wasn't big supermarket close.

The house itself is lovely not as large as you think from the pictures but good enough for 2 fam. with 3 kids. It is close to the beach, sandy beaches, clean water. There is a nice patio outside but don't forget about the mosquitos so you can enjoy it. Close to Salonic, Water Park and the Amusement park.
The location of the house is not in Kalikratia it is 4 km away from the city in the village Omonoia, were you don't have ANYTHING! You need to bring all the stuff that you might need because if you do, you need to take your car to the city. There is a small market but it looks like a 80's comunist shop. So if you need bread or dishwasher etc..you need to go to Kalikratia. Bring garbage bags, also bring mosquito spray because in the evening will need and for ants too. The area is full of wild, unkept vegetation. Nowbody comes in for cleaning or to change sheets. Recommended for older people - village and the beach is 90% over 60 years old. It can get boring especially for kids. Insist that you pay your stay to the host via bank account so you will have proof of payment. It will save you a lot of trouble and doubt.

Много близо до плажа, местоположението е на тихо място. Собственичката е изключително любезна и отзивчива. С голямо удоволствие бихме посетили отново.
