So-so
The location is good. Good Restaurant 50m away, a supermarket 500m away and the beach is 2min by foot. Bare in mind that the closest beach is not the best. The hosts are very kind and responsive (managed a key problem at 1:30am). They gave us sweets multiple times and let us use their washing machine
The place needs to be refurbished. It’s old, not well cleaned and the bed is tiny and very noisy. You can hear other people from other rooms and outside clearly, especially in the morning! Be prepared for mosquitos. It has an odd smell as well.

Stay away from this place
The host lets us check in earlier than check-in hours. The staff is friendly.
The apartment is very old and not clean. It has the smell of old dust. The sofa is covered by a blanket, but underneath, you can see very dirty fabric full of spots and with a strong urine smell. Between the apartment and the beach, there is a pond which is a source of tons of mosquitoes that will not let you sleep normally. The mosquito nets have holes, so mosquitoes easily enter the apartment. There was one anti-mosquito device inside, but it didn't help. The Wi-Fi was barely working, constantly disconnecting, so we used mobile internet instead. It's very noisy - you can always hear noise from inside the building as well as from outside. We booked the apartment for 3 days, but after the first night, we ran away from there. It was the worst booking experience.
