It’s a good home. However, the cleaning crew did not do a great job of cleaning. There were 2 of the previous tenants shirts located in the home. Also, dirty gloves were found in the one room behind the TV on the main floor. The dishes and appliances were not clean at all. There were food left in a kettle and some other appliances. The dishwasher had sitting water in the bottom of the filtration system; we were afraid to run it because we thought it might overflow. So we washed manually. The pots and pans are all scratched off we were eating black peeled off paint until we decided to buy our own pots and plastic dishes and utensils. The upstairs carpets smells like mold and moist- I don’t think it was vacuumed because I actually stepped on a nail in the first hour we were there. The pool area was excellent the kids used it everyday, they had a blast. Location was great as well.
