The house was clean and spacious. The bedroom configurations worked perfectly for my mix of family and friends.

The house was physically fine, It was dirty. Sheets were stained when we first arrived, same with pillow cases, some bugs in the bathrooms and a roach was in the big bed downstairs when we came back the 2nd night. Hot tub didn't ever get hot, the water filter in the fridge was showing the red light.
