This is a self-catering vacation home. A starter supply kit is provided, including one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, one trash bag, and one hand soap per bathroom. Guests should bring or purchase additional supplies such as dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, extra paper goods, and personal items.
Pool/jacuzzi heat is not available at this time.

Please be aware that Solterra Resort is scheduled to undergo renovations to the lazy river, resort pool, hot tub, and clubhouse bar beginning September 8, 2026, with pool and hot tub work beginning September 22. The project is currently expected to continue through approximately December 14, 2026.
During this time, the aquatic amenities will be temporarily unavailable. The Clubhouse will remain open, with Café Sol, fitness center, sports courts, clubhouse services, and other resort activities still available for guests to enjoy.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as Solterra makes these improvements to enhance the resort for the future.

The house from the outside looked fantastic. We got inside and there was some stuff that was off, like only one towel per person (we went out and bought extra), the bedroom with twin beds downstairs had dirty clothes stuffed behind the dresser. (Female - I have 5 boys). We did not use anything, we brought or bought everything needed. We did have an incident our last full day where a raccoon fell through the screen of the pool area and was stuck there, took up a good portion of our day waiting on animal control. The downstairs king bedroom was by far the hottest room in the house. I did not bother with contacting host besides the raccoon incident due to the fact it took an hour plus for a response. Sometimes I had to go directly through VRBO to get the host. The house was beautiful, but maybe some new cleaners and more urgency for guests would have made us want to stay again. My family also loves leaving unopened handsoaps, food, waters etc (never had an issue at any other VRBO) here you can not leave stuff or they will charge a fee. Personally just not a place we will stay as a large family again. BIG BEWARE the resort pass I bought and was only able to use once as if they get to capacity they turn you away or you can just wait until people leave. A complete waste of almost 40. If you don't get there when it opens you probably will not be able to use those amenities.

Right next to resort pools and clubhouse so this was convenient. Spoke to Scandi about tv’s and dryer not drying and they sent someone out very quickly to rectify problems. Would recommend, one problem was only single car garage and driveway, if you have multiple cars you must park in designated area which might fill up on busy weekends.

The house was physically fine, It was dirty. Sheets were stained when we first arrived, same with pillow cases, some bugs in the bathrooms and a roach was in the big bed downstairs when we came back the 2nd night. Hot tub didn't ever get hot, the water filter in the fridge was showing the red light.
