Ideally located in the gated Solterra Resort - one of most popular and newest luxury vacation resorts in the Disney area - approximately 15 minutes from Disney. The villa features one of the best lot positions in Solterra and is a short 2 minute walk to Solterra's stunning clubhouse which includes resort-style pool, café and bar, Lazy River, Water Slide, tot lot, volleyball court and tennis court. This luxury beach and spa themed vacation villa is perfect for your Florida vacation escape.

The villa features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths including two master en-suite bathrooms (one on the main floor). Each bedroom features a flat screen TV with cable, and is professionally decorated and furnished. We know how important a good nights sleep is after a full day at the parks, so all our king beds now feature one of the most luxurious mattresses - the top rated Beautyrest with "Pressure Smart" technology providing comforting support and motion separation for an undisturbed sleep.

The second floor also features a large dedicated entertainment area, with large screen HD TV, Blue-Ray and PS3 players, and modern leather seating. The villa is fully air-conditioned (including the games room) and has secure WIFI.



The main floor formal dining room complements the casual elegance of the villa’s “beach and spa theme”. The wired brushed reclaimed wood dining room table can accommodate 10 or more.

Gourmets will love the kitchen which includes a centre piece granite kitchen bar and stainless steel appliances including a gas range. The living room flows to the modern and spacious pool/hot tub extended lanai area featuring luxurious conversation set furniture, resort style chaise lounges and an outdoor flat screen TV – ideal for outdoor entertaining. The fully screened lanai area is perfect to enjoy the full day sun provided by the south facing lot which backs on to a wonderfully private conservation area. Finally the games room provides another large dedicated living zone for those who want to have a little fun playing ping pong, foosball or air-hockey.

The Villa is minutes away from world-class entertainment, restaurants and shopping. The resort is ideally located near I-4, approximately 10 minutes from Disney, 20 minutes to Universal, 25 minutes to the International airport and a few minutes from Champions Gate and 54 holes of world class golf (including two 18-hole championship golf courses designed by Greg Norman). For those wishing to take a day trip to the beach to make sand castles, surf or watch the dolphins, Cocoa beach and the Ocean is less than an hour away. Tampa Bay and the romantic Gulf Coast sunsets are just a one hour drive away.
