Exceptional!!.. Beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless,very comfortable beds and had everything we needed and the host was very approachable and friendly.Close to the sea,shops and restaurants.We would 100% stay here again and are very much looking forward to booking it again in the future❤️In fact worried about giving such a good review in case it gets too booked up for us to stay again..😄

A beautiful, comfortable and very tastefully decorated property. Welcome pack and toiletries were an added bonus.
Communication and help from Debra was first class.
The location is ideal for the town and beaches.
Would recommend without hesitation

A beautifully presented, modern and clean apartment, with very comfortable couch and beds. A detailed welcome pack from the lovely host, with recommendations in, plus some board games available. It was a very short walk to Seaham beaches (sandy or pebble ones). Also close to a very good fish and chip shop, ice cream parlours and supermarkets. Free, easy parking directly outside property, with a sea view at the end of the short road. We also drove 2 minutes down the main road to Noses Point, where we strolled along to Blast Beach, featured briefly in the Alien 3 film! Will certainly return as we had a fabulous time. Better than a hotel.

A lovely apartment, in a great location, easy to walk to the beach, shops and bars/restaurants in the town
Seaham holds a special place in our hearts and we always look forward to our visits
This apartment was a great find for us
The apartment was very clean and well presented Debra the host provides great communication and leaves information about the apartment and the area in the welcome basket.
We would definitely recommend a stay here
Care needs to be taken when going to he bathroom especially through the night/in darkness as there are a couple of narrow steep steps directly as the bathroom door opened this wasn’t a big problem for us but maybe for anyone with poor eyesight or mobility issues or for small children
