Marina Luxury Studio

Marina is the nicest person I've ever met! So nice and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. She left us treats and cooked small cakes for us. The apartment is modern and fully fitted - 3 coffee makers, full oven and hob, microwave and fridge freezer. It is the cleanest place that we've ever stayed in. There is a lift outside the door to get your cases to the apartment. The terrace has an awning which means it doesn't get too hot. We ate our breakfasts out there. The shower is hand held and is strong enough with enough hot water. As usual in Greece it has a shower curtain. There are wardrobes in the bedroom for hanging and drawer storage The apartment is excellently located just 5 minutes walk from Chania old town and the same from Neo Chora beach. It is a mainly quiet location - but being in a town there is sometimes noise.

The bed, like a lot of Cretan beds, is hard. We put fleeces and duvets under us which made it soft enough to sleep.

Nice size apartment with plenty of natural light. Great balcony. Close to beach, town center, grocery store and restaurants. Very sociable host. Excellent value.

Had to move decorations in order to have places to put our things (we prefer minimal decor like in the photos of this apartment).

Apartment is super cozy and had everything we needed for our 12 days stay. Marina is super nice and lovely lady, she made sure that we had everything. It really felt like home and Marina treats you like part of a family. We were working remotely while staying at Marina Studio and wi-fi was pretty good. Center of Chania is in just few minutes of walk, and beach is also near. We would definitely come back on our vacation !

This is an amazing property! Super clean and sun filled and the location cannot be beat! You are a 4 minute walk to all the beaches you could want, and 2 minutes to one grocery store and 5 to a huge one. The owner lives next door and is a wonderful lady. She couldn’t do enough for you. This place comes supplied with everything you need. Huge balcony, that you control the sun with a powered awning, protects in the rain. Large washer and drying rack. Sweet neighbourhood, with a church and park nearby. Thursdays there is a street market on your doorstep. Clothing and fresh fruit and veggies. There is an elevator, microwave, large fridge and more coffee machines than any one person would need. View of the mountains. Excellent for a single or couple.

The downside to this property is that there is no parking. You could attempt street parking for a day or two, if you had a short car rental, but I wouldn’t want to do it for a long stay. The only suggestion I would have is for a mount for the shower head up high on the wall. IT is at waist height and certainly workable, but would be more convienient if there was an option for up high.
