Large and comfortable apartment. Nice kitchen with ample facilities and nespresso maker. Comfy bed and great location in the university area that is super walkable.
Wasn’t able to get into the apartment at first by following instructions and needed to call the host and get let in.

The staff managing the property were very nice and quick to respond when contacted. Access is organised easily via the phone. It is a great location to visit Bologna.
The apartment is located above a bar, which is super noisy until 3 in the morning. As the apartment is on the 1st floor, and the bar is on the ground floor, it feels as though you are actually in a loud bar all night. So it is quite hard to sleep.
