Excellent location, right in the heart of the city. This is the biggest advantage of the apartment. It’s also small and cozy and pretty comfortable, in an old historical building, but renovated. Good shower, always warm and nice pressure. Comfortable bed. I stayed there during the week (not weekend) and it was quiet, no noise from the street.

Quite poorly equipped. There was half a toilet roll, the hand soap container was empty, and the kitchen has nothing more than the basics. No laundry liquid or pods either, which is always a nice gesture to have, rather than being expected to buy a whole package for one or two washes. There is also a serious privacy problem. There are windows everywhere, on one side facing the street / other apartments and on the other the inner courtyard where there are offices with people working all day, going on the balcony, etc. You are completely visible from all sides. There are blackout curtains, but this means that if you want to have privacy during the day you’ll have to be with no natural light. I would strongly recommend adding an extra layer of thin curtains for privacy. The place overall has a generic rental vibe, you can tell that nobody is living in it and that not much care is put in. Needs some love. Nonetheless, it was a comfortable stay overall.

El sofa estaba sucio. Las almohadas eran incomodisimas y muy blanditas. Solo dejaron dos toallas grandes y una estaba sucia y con manchas... Y no habia ninguna otra toalla ni pequeña ni nada mas. Exigis que quede todo limpio y recogido y las basuras tiradas pero deberia estar limpio al llegar..
