De locatie en de rust van de steeg. Goede uitrusting van de woning. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Goede communicatie met de verhuurder.

Het bed is aan de harde kant. Het is minder geschikt voor mensen langer dan 1 meter 80. De badkamer en de slaapkamer hebben lage plafonds.

Loved the room - everything we needed. Having the two fans really helped in the 38 deg heat! Greet little kitchen and shower - reminded us some of of the small cute places we stayed in NYC. Really loved that it was very quiet and secure. The room is in a courtyard which has a door on the street which is locked in the evenings making it very quiet and safe - Toulouse is awesome, but like many towns can be a bit spicy at night so for people travelling who like a little more reassurance this is a bonus. The location was absolutely perfect - 10 min walk will get you everywhere and anything you want. The host was brilliant at communicating - and the value for money is unbeatable. Stayed in so many places in France and Germany of this trip and this was a highlight.

Nothing really - some air con would have been great in the heat - but the cost of installing in that old building would be huge and would probably change the cute character of the room. But if you're the type of person that finds it difficult in the heat without air conditioning you might want to think twice - but for us everything was perfect. As a note to the arrival instructions - could be a little clearer and just say - The room is in a courtyard and on the left under the archway before the store. These are tiny things but hope that someone will find them useful.

The location: in the center. Walkable distance to many attractions. The divisions and the facilities: Well designed and had all you could need. A washing machine is a plus. Strong WiFi and good temperature. The apartment has the potential, it just needs TLC.

The cleanliness: The apartment was roughly cleaned. A lot of dust. The bathroom carpet was completely soaked. The bed : not so very comfortable. Suggestions: The apartment needs a big cleaning once in a while. The small towels to dry hands would be great.
