Orty suite

L’appartement est très très beau, vraiment rénové avec goût C’est propre Le propriétaire nous a accueilli avec une tonne de choses : un pac d’eau complet, des fruits, des yaourts, des gâteaux, croissants... j’ai beaucoup voyagé mais j’ai rarement vu ça ! L’appartement est bien placé et il est facile de trouver une place de parking pas loin Centre historique accessible facilement

On sent que la rénovation n’est pas allée au bout des choses... il manque un peu de décoration, pas de tasse à espresso, pas de torchon de vaisselle, c’est dommage pour un si bel appartement

cool apartment a bit cold decoration style ,seemed on the pictures it had a relax area sofa etc mirrors those were gone compared to pictures ,nice bed defiantly and lighting in the room , cooking island we did not use, shower good pressure nice tiles like it and walls bottom of shower concrete could use a treatment but very pleasant .theirs a cat at the place hanging around on the terrace so sweet so good sign gains a point

Terras outside had no kushens for seats or for lounge set ..that was a bit a downer , also view on terras is limited .another downpoint was the pushy sms from owner on check out and leaving the city tax , was a bit over the top even demanding at one point not pleasant accordingly smth he would report us ??? we ask him one question got no reaction on it Also no Ironing board in room that was a downer , especially we had a dinner booked .and its living area so noise early in the morning builders and street cleaners

Stijlvolle accommodatie met mooie moderne inrichting. Het ligt in een rustige wijk op 10 minuten wandelafstand naar Piazza Duomo. Vincenzo gaf ons goede informatie over inchecken ed. Bij aankomst was er prosecco, koekjes, fruit en andere producten waar we gebruik van konden maken. Het was allemaal prima geregeld.

Niets

Prachtig appartement met luxe inrichting. De host Vincenzo is erg vriendelijk en had zelfs een klein flesje prosecco en koekjes voor mij neergelegd. Het appartement ligt centraal in een levendige wijk. Binnen 15 minuten lopen zit je in Ortigia en hetzelfde geldt voor het archelogisce park en musea. Let op: ingang is aan de zijkant (dus niet via terras). Ik kon het huisnummer en sleutelbox in eerste instantie niet vinden.

Het is een levendige wijk en doordat je op de begane grond zit kan het soms best gehorig zijn (verkeer, vuilniswagens etc.).
