Host is fantastic, I’d definitely recommend!

Location was central, very secure and lovely interior. All beds were made, large dining area and 2 modern bathrooms. Antonella was amazing, detailed information on how to get in, including videos which were great and she was always available when needed - never had such an easy experience! I wish all apartments were like this!

The shower was a bit tricky and struggled to get hot water

Fine location

The location was good and the apartment was conformable.

Fine, but could be much better with just a little more attention to detail and information.

The space in the bedrooms and the bathrooms were very good for us as a couple. Beds soft but fine for a short stay. Convenient location to get to town and the railway station. Warm enough inside and the showers were fine for us. We used the washing machine which was also fine.

The ‘dodgy’ men hanging around the street outside - not comfortable especially at night. Utensils plentiful but all cheap. NO KETTLE! Can be bought for €12 so why? One sofa - fine for a couple but for 6 it would not be ok. Parking - important to us and this property came up with the parking filter - there is NO dedicated parking available and the car park 5 minutes away is a tough walk with bags AND cost us €150 for 5 days! This should be clearly stated as was half the rental cost.

Comfortable one night stay.

Apartment is on a quiet street, close to train station and not too far from city center. Bed was very comfortable.

Shower soap was not provided and there is only a Moka coffee machine to make coffee, so bring your own soap and espresso.

Nice big apartment in centre of Turin

In centre of old Turin with cafes, bars, shops and market nearby. 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Being in converted old property around courtyard. Well equipped kitchen with coffee maker. Easy instructions to gain access.

Climbing up stairs with cases to first floor when there is a lift which we were not allowed to use. Lift requires a password. Arrived to find wet sheets and towels left in tumble dryer which we had to wash and dry as smelling. Had to work out that dryer water container needed emptying to make it work. Owner needs to sort this with cleaner as seems common problem from reviews. Needs lights under cupboards in kitchen area, a kettle and large bread knife.

L'apartament ha complert amb el que necessitàvem. La comunicació amb l'amfitriona va ser fluïda i efectiva. Tot era net i comfortable.

Kurzer Stadtbesuch in zentraler Lage zu einem fairen Kurs!

Sehr gute und recht zentrale Lage mitten in Turin. Großes Apartment für bis zu 9 Personen zu einem fairen Preis. Zudem eine freundliche Gastgeberin. In der Nähe sind einige Möglichkeiten bis tief in den Abend zu speisen.

Die zentrale Lage hat natürlich zur Folge, dass es nachts etwas lauter sein kann. In einem Zimmer war die Wand durch die Klimaanlage feucht, was man (leicht) riechen und sehen konnte. Insgesamt, war es insgesamt für einen Kurztrip vollkommen in Ordnung.

Unicacion ideal pero alojamiento mejorable

La ubicación era perfecta ya que Turin es una ciudad muy agradable y cómoda para andar. Se encuentra a media hora andando del Palacio Real y a tres calles de la estación Porta Nova. Por la tarde/noche la zona tiene mucho ambiente, restaurantes cerca, Pizzerias, panaderia y un super en la esquina.

Poca iluminación en el salón con una sola bombilla ya que la lampara de pie estaba fundida y utilizamos dos de las lamparas de mesa de noche para ver algo .El menaje cortito en cuanto a cuchillos (solo había dos de mesa para todo que no cortaban mucho, así que cortar queso o pan ha sido todo una odisea).No hay tostador de pan. La cocina al ser de gas se necesitaba cerillas o mechero y no había nada de eso en la casa. Al llegar la casa olía a humedad (vimos una pared de una habituación con manchas debajo de un split, seguramente el motivo del olor a humedad).Cambiamos unas sabanas por otras que afortunadamente estaban en la secadora porque nos parecio tenia manchas.

Bene ma non benissimo

Arredamento moderno, posizione molto vicina al centro, 2 bagni (1 molto piccolo), lavatrice funzionante e tutte le camere hanno una finestra a disposizione. Connessione wifi ottima e accesso a Netflix

Ci sono molte cose da sistemare come porte che strisciano e maniglie penzolanti, muri macchiati da perdite dei condizionatori, asciugatrice già trovata piena di biancheria e quindi non è stato possibile usarla. Un bagno è molto piccolo e senza finestra e pertanto difficile da utilizzare da una persona diversamente magra. Ambiente cucina/soggiorno troppo buio. Nel complesso con un po' di spirito di adattamento ci siamo trovati bene

Ottimo!

Appartamento completamente ristrutturato, e con tutti i comfort, in posizione vicinissima al centro e alle principali attrazioni della città. Proprio sotto al palazzo ci sono pizzerie, un supermercato, diversi bar, parcheggi (strisce blu, gratuiti nel mese di agosto come ci ha detto la proprietaria).

Se proprio devo trovare dei difetti, suggerirei di far controllare l'unità interna del condizionatore della camera al centro del corridoio perché faceva uno strano rumore ogni 5/10 minuti, molto fastidioso di notte. Per il resto tutto molto bene!

Très bon séjour à Turin.

La situation géographique, central et quartier tranquille. Bel appartement très agréable et au calme.

Les équipements. Pas d'ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle minimum, pas de couteau de cuisine, une râpe à fromage toute petite et inefficace, pas de casserole pour faire chauffer de l'eau, pas de grille pain. Pour ouvrir le congélateur obligés de débrancher le four micro ondes pour pousser la table. Lumière très faible dans la pièce principale , lampes dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Pas d'eau chaude. Il serait intéressant d'avoir les informations sur les possibilités de parking sur le site de réservation car le budget parking n'est pas anodin.

Top appartement in Turijn

Mooi appartement op een centrale locatie in Turijn. Vanuit het appartement konden we het hele centrum van de stad verkennen, wat we ook gedaan hebben. Egyptisch museum, diverse pleinen, de Dome, parken en veel winkels gezien. Heerlijk gegeten in Turijn!

Consigliato per qualche giorno a Torino!

L’appartamento era grande e aveva una buona localizzazione, vicino al centro e alla stazione. Silenzioso, tranne per i netturbini la mattina. La proprietaria super gentile.

1. Un bagno ha l’affaccio sulla scala condominiale e, anche se ci sono i vetri molto oscurati, la sera con le luci da fuori si vede. Forse bisognerebbe mettere una tendina spessa. 2. Ci sono solo due asciugamani per persona. Consiglierei di mettere un telo bagno in più o un asciugamano piccolo da bidet.

Appartamento con potenziale ma pulizia e manutenzione da migliorare

La posizione dell’appartamento è ottima, situato in un quartiere ben servito. La casa è risultata calda, ben insonorizzata e l’host è stata sempre disponibile e gentile, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto.

Purtroppo, però, ci sono stati diversi aspetti negativi che hanno compromesso il nostro soggiorno. La pulizia era carente: stoviglie sporche, biancheria maleodorante e il divano presentava macchie evidenti. Uno dei bagni era inagibile, rendendo complicata la gestione per otto persone, soprattutto considerando che avevamo scelto l'appartamento proprio per la presenza di due bagni. Anche la cucina era poco attrezzata per cucinare e abbiamo riscontrato problemi con alcuni arredi: nella culla mancavano le lenzuola sopra, nel letto ad una piazza e mezza mancava un piede, e un armadio aveva la parete di fondo sfondato. Nel complesso, l’appartamento ha del potenziale, ma servirebbe maggiore attenzione alla manutenzione e, soprattutto, un miglior servizio di pulizia. Consigliamo vivamente di cambiare ditta di pulizie per migliorare l’esperienza degli ospiti.

Mancanza di pulizia, puzza di fumo e zero trasparenza

La posizione, vicina a buona parte dei servizi

Mi trovo a pubblicare per la terza volta questa recensione. Il motivo principale? La scarsa disponibilità della signora Antonella nel fornire una semplice ricevuta di pagamento. Trovo sinceramente assurdo dover rincorrere la proprietaria PER 4 SETTIMANE con chiamate e messaggi, solo per ricevere un documento fiscale base. (Nelle foto allegate descrivo l'intera vicenda). A peggiorare la situazione, sotto le recensioni precedenti la signora ha pubblicamente dichiarato: "la ricevuta l’abbiamo inviata", quando in realtà non era vero. Solo oggi – dopo un mese intero, e dopo l’ennesima telefonata in cui ha finalmente ammesso di non avermela mai inviata – la ricevuta è arrivata. Quindi, nota per chi avrà bisogno di un documento fiscale: non aspettatevi efficienza, ma non mollate. Prima o poi, forse, la signora Antonella ve la manderà. Restano inoltre le note negative già evidenziate nelle recensioni precedenti: - Puzza di fumo: nonostante fosse indicato il divieto, appena entrati in casa siamo stati investiti da quest'odore nauseante - Scarsa pulizia: l'appartamento era sporco e poco curato - Accoglienza inesistente: SAPEVAMO CHE LA COLAZIONE NON FOSSE INCLUSA, LA NOTA NEGATIVA NON E' PER LA MANCATA COLAZIONE (tengo a specificarlo perchè nelle risposte alle precedenti recensioni la struttura faceva leva su questo) ci aspettavamo semplicemente una bottiglietta d'acqua come gesto di benvenuto.

Appartamento comodo e carino ma non adeguatamente pulito

L'appartamento è davvero bello e si trova in una zona strategica alla stazione e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro città. Le dimensioni sono ottime e l'arredamento e i complementi di arredo sono studiati con gusto. La struttura è davvero calda, accogliente e comoda per 6/8 persone. L'host è molto gentile e disponibile.

Il livello di igiene è imbarazzante. Le pulizie, se sono state effettuate, perché ci è venuto il dubbio, sono state fatte in maniera davvero approssimativa. Anzi forse alcune zone non sono mai state pulite. Anche gli asciugamani che abbiamo trovato sopra al letto non emanavano odore di pulito. Davvero un peccato. Le foto allegate sono state scattate il giorno dell'arrivo...

difficile parcheggiare, solo in un garage vicino, €1,70/ora h24, struttura sporca , lenzuola puzzolenti sembravano non essere state cambiate, mancavano gli asciugamani grandi per la doccia, mancava la carta igienica, c’era la moka da 6 tazze , ma mancava il caffè.
