Satisfactory for our purposes but may not come again (this was our second visit) for the reasons stated above.
Proximity to Oakham . Facilities in general. Good space. Quiet and clean.
No wifi or smart television available ; despite being a known problem. We phoned the maintenance man Wednesday 9th July and he confirmed it was an ongoing problem; It was never rectified. The broader Brocklehurst site is now a building site, or rather, a dismantling site as the vast majority of the accommodation units are being dismantled with piles of debris being left strewn about the area! It gives the feeling of eerie desolation.

Really handy for visiting relatives nearby. Very quiet and people we did see very friendly.
Very Spacious, beautifully clean Good appliances Contact person, Barbara extremely helpful and willing.
Vinyl on kitchen cupboards and bedroom furniture beginning to "lift". Minimal tumblers (3 smaller, 2 large tumblers for 4 people) not enough teaspoons and blunt knives!

Lovely place gorgeous surroundings but needs a bit of TLC.
Lovely setting
Accommodate is a bit tired, kitchen units had outer cover peeling away, kickboard under cooker missing. The beds were really soft which isnt to my liking for the price I expected more really, nothing wrong other than a bit of maintainance and a deep clean. The place was clean enough but there is a bit of mold in the shower area and as I mentioned the kitchen units are in need a just a bit of glue to fix the outer shell to the doors.
