Disappointed in the room.

The location was perfect for my needs.

There were no dishes, the bed was really small. We could smell smoking coming from a room. No ironing board. Had to go pick it up from the front desk. No receipt for payment upon departure

Convenient to where I had an appointment, easy to get to, plenty of parking, staff friendly and accommodating.

Lots of noise coming from a room above mine. Sounded like somebody(ies) pounding on the floor or walls. - perhaps like using exercise equipment. This was not a short time period - almost from check-in time to well past midnight and again in very early morning (4am).

Non smoking hotel stinks , corridor smells like smoke, bathroom smells like smoke. Booked and paid for 4 rooms for my guests , they only gave them 3 rooms and denied to refund me for the room Ive paid and didnt get the keys for.

Booking.com made a moderation for 2 queen beds and when I got there they gave me 1 bed. They told booking .Com they would give us another room free of charge. That would not work for us as the other room was on another floor too far didn't want to be in a place not familiar alone. Really made our stay bad.

Nice rooms with a work desk and couch in case you don’t want to lay on the bed.

Staff is very unapproachable and no welcoming at all. Especially Alyssa has such an arrogant attitude that makes you not want to ask her any questions. This is my second time here and my last unfortunately because I value feeling welcomed above all else.

I recommend!

The facilities are excellent, and everything appears to be new. The mattress was comfortable, and the linens were clean and smelled good. The room is huge, has a sink, microwave, and fridge, which were helpful. I traveled with a dog, as the hotel is pet-friendly, and I loved the fact that the bedroom floor is wood, not carpet. This way, we could see that the room was spotless, with no dog pee everywhere. (Please, clean up after your dog when staying at hotels.) Even though I don't need it, the room was accessible with helpful fixtures in the bathroom for those with disabilities. There were snack and drink machines near the lobby. The hotel entrance was secure, requiring the room key to pass through the lobby to the corridors; that's a good idea for safety. Check-in and check-out were easy and fast. I recommend and intend to return when my son's soccer team has another tournament in the city.

There are some amenities that I missed, such as an ice machine. We needed ice for some beverages, and there wasn't any. Since they provide a microwave, it would be nice to have disposable forks and knives. We ordered a DoorDash and the restaurant forgot to send utensils, and we had to go to Target to buy some since the hotel didn't have any in the rooms, in the lobby, or anywhere else.

Non full service hotel!!

I was not awareit was not a full service hotel. I would like to see where those words are at the hotel or on line.. I was very disappointed.! As one of the clerk said This is not a full service hotel that is why we are cheap! Being a new hotel I thought great! NOT I AM NOT IMPRESSED. No ice machine,had to sign out of a coffee pot and maybe charged thats why i lower my days to stay rhey. . No Pool what do they have for kids. ?But they took dogs. ! A young day clerk was on her phone almost every time we went to the front desk . Again not impressed. I prefer staying another hotel.

Would not go back

I requested extra towels and was told you have to turn in dirty towels to get more towels. They should tell you when you're booking the hotel , that is a long term stay facility. Similar to a motel instead of a hotel. Didn't end up staying overnight and just used it for changing clothes and going to the event and driving home at 1 :00 am after event also the deposit for incidentals was extremely high $100 for a one night stay.

Reasonably priced, convenient location and clean facility.

The location was easy to find and close to stores and the freeway. The facility is very clean and all the staff were friendly.

I realize the facility is pet-friendly, but it would be beneficial to have rooms designated as no-pet areas. Although the room was clean and very tidy, it had a distinct dog odor. Alternatively, use something to remove the pet smell from the rooms after it's vacated. Again, I was impressed with the cleanliness, so I know the room was properly attended to before my arrival; however, the dog smell was strong. I had to purchase Lysol spray and air fresheners to get rid of the smell.

BEDS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!

I really enjoyed the location. It’s very close to a shopping center and restaurants.

Customer service can be a little more friendly. Checked in, front desk is very monotone. Elevators are very dirty. Beds are not comfortable AT All!!! Very squeaky. I get it kids are noisy but kids running down the hall at early hours but not hotels fault on this one ( I should’ve reported it) but I was only there for one night. No iron in the room. You need to go to front desk and carry the large ironing board and iron. I didnt mind for myself but for an elder person I’m sure that would not be easy.

We were placed in a room closest to the entrance. We didn’t get ANY SLEEP due to the loud entrance door open/shut all night long as people were going in and out. The hotel front staff were horrendous. I was so upset in the morning how loud it was and we didn’t get any sleep. I was mad, and they told me I needed to speak like a grown up and asked me how old I was. They told me to be respectful when I wasn’t even swearing at them. I was stating the facts and how terrible the stay has been. It was a total joke. They said they can’t control how loud the door is and they will not give us a refund since we stayed there. It’s your building, fix the door and sound proof the room!!!!!!! We didn’t get any warning about how loud things can get in that room. There’s no sound proof and we even heard loud and clear our next door guest snoring!!!!! It was an absolute joke. And the room smelled like sweat and stinky feet. We demand a refund.

Numerous people living there!!! Such a beautiful area for such a ghetto environment! Ran into random strangers in the elevator, my direct neighbor made noises all night in n out of the room when I called to complain nobody answered! Really horrible experience! Couldn’t get any sleep!

Wish the front desk was a little friendlier when I complained about the people right next door to me! I had my kids with me and we didn’t feel safe to be honest!

Please go to somewhere else if you look for more than just a roof

The location is close to supermarkets and some other shops

-There is a kitchen but with nothing to cook or eat neither plates or cutlery or glass -No kettle no coffee no tea no water. They sell 1 small bottle of water for 5 dollars ! -Reception calls you at 8 am in the morning to wake you up and that's terrible -They do not allow you to leave your luggage's after check out even for 1 hour. If you ask this twice, they treat you super rudely and almost make you feel like you are breaking rules and will be taken out by security!! -There is nothing in the bathroom as complementary like shampoo etc -The bed is super uncomfortable and the curtains do not close properly so not possible to have a proper sleep

No tv remote in the room and when I got one the next day the cable stop working. No key to enter the room when I arrived. Bathtub was dirty they had to come clean it the next day because I checked in at night. Just a bad experience to a great weekend.
