Apartamento Patio Real Bellavista

The view!

Check-in unnecessarily complicated. Instead of just sending the information the previous day like it is usual we were given it bit by bit and only when we stood in front of the property we were finally told how to enter (after waiting in the heat). Also communication was in WhatsApp and only in Spanish which did not make things better.

Esta super bien situado al lado del puente viejo, el edificio antiguo con solera, con su patio central, portal antiguo, pero con encanto y el apartamento recién reformado, con camas cómodas, cocina bien equipada, baño amplio y limpio, con su aire acondicionado.

Apartamento totalmente reformado, bonita decoración y espacioso, situado en la segunda planta de un edificio antiguo sin ascensor. Buena ubicación y vistas al puente viejo, a 10 minutos del centro con acceso al mismo por escaleras o cuesta empinada. Tranquilo y silencioso por la noche.

No hay calefacción en los dormitorios y baño, sólo un aire acondicionado en el salón que es insuficiente, por lo que tuvimos sensación de frío todo el tiempo. La cama de matrimonio no resulta totalmente cómoda ya que se hunde hacia el centro. Por motivos de salud, solicitamos al propietario usar una cama individual además de la de matrimonio y nos dijo que, en ese caso, nos tendría que cobrar como si fuéramos 3 personas siendo sólo 2.

The property was on the edge of the old town with lovely views. It was clean and modern and reasonably quiet Very good shower lots of hot water It was only a 5 minute walk upto Ronda town

The amount of steps some wouldn’t be able to do at all as it was on 3rd floor also very steep uphill to the town Parking the car was a 5-10 minute walk from property All part of staying in an old town The main bed is soft Another armchair would be good as a family of 4 one of us had a poof to sit on As most guests will probably stay a few nights only it would be good for a few more basics to be available Kitchen Tea-towels only 1 available, a few salts , peppers , oil left behind perhaps a few toilet rolls ( we had 2 half rolls) I get it it’s self catering but just a few little extras that you don’t have to go chasing around for
