Parking was useful. However the access code provided was very different to scan. We entered 3 times, only successfully scanned once. Staff member at the car park didn’t speak English. It was a very stressful situation when we tried to enter the car park and couldn’t scan. Holding all the cars up. Dishes and bedside tables were not cleaned.

Location was great, right next to the main street of the town and walkable to the Puenta Nueva.

We had great difficulty in opening the lockbox, even after entering the door code it wouldn't open, there was someone trying to help over WhatsApp. Once we got the keys, it again took great amount of effort to figure out the keys opening the door. We booked this place because it said they offered free parking. First of all, the parking is in a ghost town parking garage 7-8 mins walk away. We arrived at night and when we saw the parking, it wouldn't have been possible to park our mid size SUV due to very less space to turn and nearby vehicles. We ended up parking in a public place to not risk damaging the car. The owner didn't compensate us for this parking expense.
