The apartment itself is good and spacious, with two floors, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, two bedrooms, and a great terrace. The location is also excellent.
However, there were several disappointing points during the stay. Communication was very poor — nobody answered my call and nobody called back. The check-in time at 16:00 is extremely late and not worth paying for the full day, while check-out at 10:00 is one of the worst experiences when traveling.
We noticed by chance that the cleaning service arrived at 15:00 approximately and cleaned for only around 30 minutes. After that, it became clear why the apartment was not clean enough at check-in. There was hair on the floor, and dead cockroaches appeared every day, which was really unpleasant.
Overall, the apartment has potential because of the terrace and location, but the cleanliness, communication, and inconvenient check-in/check-out times seriously affected the experience.
